This bundle was designed by our Registered Dietitians to provide a set meal plan with balanced nutrition that is geared towards Dairy-Free/Gluten-Free people who are seeking easy prepared meals that fit their diet and food sensitivities. This bundle includes 3 meals per day for 7 days plus side dishes.
On average, each day provides approximately 1500 calories, 60-75 grams of total fat, 140-180 grams of carbohydrates, over 11 grams of fiber, and at least 52 grams of protein. You can view our suggested 7-day schedule in the images attached.
