This low calorie 7-day vegetarian meal plan was designed by our Registered Dietitians to provide a set meal plan with balanced nutrition that encourages weight loss or weight management. This bundle includes 3 meals per day for 7 days.
On average, each day provides approximately 1500 calories, 40-60 grams of total fat, less than 11% of total calories from saturated fat, at least 27 grams of fiber, and at least 52 grams of protein. You can view our suggested 7-day schedule here.
