Ingredients: Apple juice from concentrate (apple juice from concentrate [water, concentrated apple juice], vitamin c), water, gluten-free steel cut oats, 3 berry mix (blackberries, raspberries, cultivated blueberries), cooked white quinoa, white chia seeds, maple syrup, contains less than 2% of acai berry powder, rice starch, salted French brandy (French brandy, salt), sea salt, vanilla extract (water, ethyl alcohol, natural flavor).
Microwave Cooking Instructions (*Based on 1200W):
1 Microwave for 2 minutes or until product is slightly thawed.
2 Open film, add a liquid of your choosing (2-4 tbsp) to thin out oatmeal, stir gently to break up oatmeal and mix in liquid.
3 Microwave for additional 2-2.5 minutes or until cooked throughout.
4 Remove film, stir gently.
5 If desired, add additional liquid of your choosing to your preferred consistency.
