The Balanced Mood Bundle is loaded with fiber to allow for absorption of nutrients over a longer period of time to promote longer lasting, even energy and gut health. A variety of nuts and Omega 3s aid in diminishing anxiety along with oatmeal containing high anti-oxidant berries and potassium-filled bananas to generate neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin.
Whole grains, a variety of proteins, and colorful veggies aim to allow for a balanced intake of nutrients from across the spectrum, with turmeric to aid in nutrient absorption across the blood brain barrier and eggs for choline, a nutrient that improves nervous system health and mood.
