The filling leaked out of the pie making a horrible mess on my baking sheet and also making the bottom of the pot pie soggy. After baking for 70 min per directions the crust was not cooked, it was doughy and gross. Baked more and had to get the out side much crispier than I would have liked to have the inside dough fully cooked.
Why 3 stars instead of 1? Everyone in my family actually liked it.
This is absolutely delicious. I've bought it several times now. Once, I baked it for myself and had slices of it for lunch for a whole work week. Another time I took it to a potluck party. It was mobbed and devoured!
I dont think we cooked it correctly the first time and had to throw it in for an additional 30 minutes. it was slightly too runny for our tastes. not too bad but not our favorite.
This is a big dish, but so very good!
