Cooked whole wheat pasta (durum whole grain semolina), tomatoes (tomatoes, sea salt, citric acid), cooked chicken meatballs with vegetables (chicken, red bell pepper, onions, spinach, oat flakes, water, liquid whole eggs, carrots, tomato paste, bread crumbs [water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, sugar, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar], ground flax, black bean flour [black beans, salt], salt, garlic powder, black pepper), kale, avocado oil, parmesan cheese (pasteurized skim milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes), cooked white quinoa, water, part skim mozzarella cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, calcium chloride, enzymes), onions, contains less than 2% of balsamic vinegar (red wine, concentrated grape juice), basil, cooking wine (wine, salt), garlic puree (garlic, water), oregano, organic honey, rice starch, rosemary, spice extract, spices (including paprika), thyme, xanthan gum.
*Do not use toaster oven.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place bowl on baking tray in center of oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove film and stir.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
*Based on 1200W microwave oven.
- Microwave for 3½ - 4 minutes or until cooked throughout.
- Let stand for 1 minute.
- Remove film, stir gently.
