Onions, Cooked Spaghetti (Whole Grain Spaghetti {Whole Wheat Durum Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate [Iron], Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid}, Water) (wheat), Atlantic Salmon (FISH), Broccoli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil, Capers (Capers, Water, Vinegar and Salt), Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Mustard Powder (Water, Mustard Flour, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Flour, Spice, Citric Acid, Stabilizer {Xanthan Gum}) (wheat), Sea Salt, Lemon Zest, Dill, Black Pepper.

Oven Cooking Instructions

1. Allow to thaw
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
3. Remove carboard sleeve
4. Pierce film with a knife or fork
5. Place on baking tray
6. Cook in center of oven until oatmeal reaches desired temperature (around 25 minutes)
7. Stir, and let stand for 2 minutes

Microwave Cooking Instructions

*Based on 1200W microwave oven:
1 Microwave for 2 minutes or until product is slightly thawed
2 Open film, add a liquid of your choosing (2-4 tbsp.) to thin out oatmeal, stir gently to break up oatmeal and mix in liquid
3 Microwave for additional 2-2.5 minutes or until cooked throughout
4 Remove film, stir gently
5 If desired, add additional liquid of your choosing to your preferred consistency
