Cooked whole wheat pasta (durham whole grain semolina), water, cooked chicken meatballs with vegetables (chicken, red bell pepper, onions, spinach, oat flakes, water, liquid whole eggs, carrots, tomato paste, bread crumbs [water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, sugar, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar], ground flax, black bean flour [black beans, salt] salt, garlic powder, black pepper), collard greens, cooked white beans, cheeses (parmesan [partly skimmed milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes], part skim mozzarella cheese [partly skimmed milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes, calcium chloride]), avocado oil, contains less than 2% of basil, chicken broth, citric acid, cooking wine (wine, salt), corn starch, crushed red chilies, dehydrated red bell pepper, garlic puree (garlic, water), guar gum, seasoning (sea salt, potassium chloride), spices (including turmeric), tomatoes, xanthan gum.
*Do not use toaster oven.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place bowl on baking tray in center of oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove film and stir.
- Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
*Based on 1200W microwave oven.
- Microwave for 3½ - 4 minutes or until cooked throughout.
- Let stand for 1 minute.
- Remove film, stir gently.
