Everything we have had so far was both well suited to being frozen and reheated without losing texture or flavor, and wholesome and homecooked feeling food. Even the dishes that weren't our favorites (because we pushed ourselves to try new things) were well prepared.
This was a great preview of the different foods at Eat Local, and gave us lots of confidence that anything we order will be well packaged, fresh tasting, and hearty.
