Low FODMAP

This diet consists of a range of meals that are low in Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-Saccharides and Polyols (FODMAPs). This collection of carbohydrates can cause bloating, cramping, and digestive distress for some people, particularly those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Reducing FODMAPs may help relieve those symptoms and reduce discomfort.
