I love this bread! I order it every time I get food from PK. When heated it gets a nice crust and the inside is a great texture. It's probably the best gluten-free bread product I have tried. It pairs really nicely with stews and saucy dishes but is also terrific just with butter. These would probably also be great for a ham and brie sandwich or meatball sub.
