This recipe was different from restaurant saag paneer in that it was not as creamy and rich--and therefore not 1,200 calories and 55g of saturated fat!
The paneer was denser, which added a nice, (dare I say) meaty chewiness. The spinach/veg mixture was substantial and had pretty good flavor. I would prefer some more ginger, but tastes differ.
I'll order this again.

Very few pieces of paneer. Pretty dry overall making the spices a little overwhelming.
Delicious! First time to try & I will definitely order again. I mixed it with the peas pilau for a meal that satisfied.
