This a tasty dish and not too spicy when I add plain yogurt. I wish the cauliflower was in bite-sized pieces; I don't usually use a knife and fork with Eat Local entrees but the cauliflower is too big a mouthful with cutting.
This is probably my favorite eat local dish. It is healthy, flavorful, and delicious!! This is a common lazy dinner option in my house. Goes great with rice and whole milk yogurt!
Love this as a side to go with any of the Indian entrees like Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma, etc. It's got a tomato base so you may want to pair it with something less tomat0-ey...or more depending on your mood.
This is a mild curry with plenty of chickpeas and veggies. I liked the taste and found it satisfying. One of my favorite meals to date.
One of my favorites. Perfect with Basmati Rice or Naan.
