Organic cooked brown jasmine rice, cooked seasoned chicken breast with rib meat (chicken, water, potato starch, sea salt), water, mangoes, red bell peppers, broccoli, spinach, cooked white quinoa, kale, contains less than 2% of avocado oil, chicken broth, concentrated orange juice, dehydrated onion, garlic puree (garlic, water), ginger puree, granulated garlic, natural flavors, onions, organic cane sugar, rice starch, rice vinegar, rooibos green tea, seasoning (sea salt, potassium chloride), sesame seeds, spices (including paprika), tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol), turmeric & annatto for color, xanthan gum. 1. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F
(325°F for convection ovens)
2. Remove cardboard sleeve
3. Pierce film with a knife or fork
4. Place on baking tray
5. Cook in center of oven for 30-40min
6. Stir, and let stand for 2 minutes
1. Microwave for 4 - 4 1/2 minutes or until cooked throughout.
2. Let stand for 1 minute.
3. Remove film, stir gently.
Microwaves vary, adjust cooking time if necessary.
