Yes, our Registered Dietitians are available for nutrition counselling to help you find the meals that best meet your personal needs. Our FREE 30-minute consultations are now available by phone or video.

Our meals are ready to microwave and eat in minutes or can be cooked in the oven. Please refer to the microwave instructions on each package. Oven instructions are listed on each product page. You have to scroll down a bit until you see “Cooking Instructions.” First, you’ll see oven instructions followed by microwave instructions (if applicable).

- Boxes: Yes. Individual meal boxes (made from 100% recycled paperboard and 75% post-consumer waste) can be recycled.

- Plastic: Yes. The BPA-free film covering your meal can be recycled at select retail stores, municipal recycling centers, and private recyclers across the US and Canada. LEARN MORE

- Sleeves and bowls: No. Our paper sleeves and bowls are not recyclable at this time or compostable at this time. We are working toward a sustainable solution. Stay tuned!

For delivery within 1–2 business days, please place your before 8 am PST.
Orders placed after the 8 am PST cut off time will result in orders being fulfilled to the next business day.
All orders all processed Monday – Friday with some weekend deliveries.
Some zip codes will not qualify for weekend deliveries and depending on shipping zones, orders that are placed after 8am PST Thursday and/or Friday cut off time, those orders will be fulfilled the following Monday.

Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE shipping.
Order below $100 are subject to shipping costs of $25.

Meals

Many of our vegan meals are non-GMO Project Verified. Look for the project GMO stamp on the back of the package.

No. We have products that do not contain nuts; however, they are not made in a certified nut-free facility and could contain trace allergens. Each product clearly lists any allergens.

Our meals are shipped with ice packs and stay frozen for about 48 hours from when they were shipped.  Check meals upon opening the delivery box to verify that they are still frozen.

All Performance Kitchen™ meals are Whole Grain Stamp Certified, which guarantees you at least 8g of whole grains per serving. Look for the stamp on the back of the package.

Yes, we do. Search our online store by using the appropriate filter, such as “gluten-free.”

In general, frozen meals that have been sitting out at room temperature for longer than 2 hours should be thrown away (1 hour if room temperature is above 90°F).

Frozen meals can stay safely unrefrigerated for 2 hours if the air temperature is under 90°F, and for 1 hour if the air temperature is 90°F or higher.

Frozen meals can be put into a portable cooler with ice or ice packs and stored for as long as the inside cooler temperature stays below 40°F.

Defrosted meals can stay in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before cooking as long as the internal refrigeration temperature stays below 40°F.

Yes, but doing this can potentially affect the quality of the meals.

Yes, but doing this will require a longer cook time to reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F, and can potentially affect the quality of the meals.

Yes, our meals are safe to eat past their Best By date as long as they have been stored properly in the freezer at or below 32°F, but the quality may start to deteriorate over time.

Most freezers will hold a safe temperature at or below 32°F for 48 hours if full, and 24 hours if half full, as long as the door remains closed. If your freezer isn’t working properly, check meal temperature to verify it is at or below 32°F.
