Delivery Times & Shipping Rates

 

*Shipping Update - Shipping companies across the nation are currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19 safety protocols, labor shortages, and high package volumes. We apologize there may be potential delivery delays.

We now offer national shipping to all states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Orders are shipped to most areas within 1-2 business days. Some rural areas may take longer.

We cannot provide an estimated delivery date at time of order. We will notify you when once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing and to receive your tracking information via email.

For delivery within 1–2 business days, please place your before 8 am PST.

Orders placed after the 8 am PST cut off time will result in orders being fulfilled to the next business day.

All orders all processed Monday – Friday with some weekend deliveries.

Some zip codes will not qualify for weekend deliveries and depending on shipping zones, orders that are placed after 8am PST Thursday and/or Friday cut off time, those orders will be fulfilled the following Monday.

 

Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE shipping.

Order below $100 are subject to shipping costs of $25.

Available In Washington, Oregon and California

Delivered by courier, shipped out Monday–Friday.

 

SEATTLE AREA IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers can qualify for Same-day delivery and in store pick up in the Seattle area.

Hours vary by location, please call your local Performance Kitchen Crafted retail stores for details.

Please allow at least 2 hours for our retail stores to complete your order prior to pick up.

You will be notified by phone, as soon as your order is ready.

We now offer no contact pick-up. Please ensure to notify the retail store employee that you would like a no contact pick-up.

 

RETURNS

All online sales are final. However, there may be situations where a store credit or refund is acceptable if the order has not yet been shipped. We do not accept physical product returns under any circumstances.
