Delivery Times & Shipping Rates

 

We now offer national shipping to all states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Delivery will occur within 5 business days.

We cannot provide an estimated delivery date at time of order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and to receive your tracking information via email.

Some zip codes will not qualify for weekend deliveries and depending on shipping zones, orders that are placed after 12pm PST Wednesday may be fulfilled the following Monday.

 We are unable to deliver to PO box or APO addresses.

Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE shipping.

Order below $100 are subject to shipping costs of $25.

Available In Washington, Oregon and California

Delivered by courier, shipped out Monday–Friday.

 

SEATTLE AREA IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers can qualify for Same-day delivery and in store pick up in the Seattle area.

Hours vary by location, please call your local Performance Kitchen Crafted retail stores for details.

Please allow at least 2 hours for our retail stores to complete your order prior to pick up.

You will be notified by phone, as soon as your order is ready.

We now offer no contact pick-up. Please ensure to notify the retail store employee that you would like a no contact pick-up.

 

RETURNS

All online sales are final. However, there may be situations where a store credit or refund is acceptable if the order has not yet been shipped. We do not accept physical product returns under any circumstances.
