All Performance Kitchen® meals are designed by our team of chefs and registered dietitians who work closely to perfect each and every entrée. All of these meals were designed following the principles of the Mediterranean diet (widely recognized as one of the world's healthiest patterns of eating), and emphasize whole food ingredients such as lean protein, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy.
Sodium is never more than 590mg per serving, and we place strict limits on added sugar and saturated fat. These meals meet the guidelines recommended by the American Dietetic Association and the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans published by the United States Department of Agriculture and Department of Health and Human Services.
