This meal was not enough to fill me up, even for lunch, and it could use more spice, maybe ginger. Satay is supposed to be mild, but I thought it was missing an element.
I would prefer more vegetables and more texture. The vegetables blended into the sauce, so there wasn't a lot to chew on.
Again, the chicken tastes like it was cooked separate from the sauce as it didn't have much flavor.
Although I respect Performance Kitchen's ability to improve recipes over time, I don't think I'll order this again.
Great flavor but does have a spicy element.
I served this over brown rice and it was delicious. It may not have been filling enough served on its own but the rice really rounded out the meal.
