Our Team of Registered Dietitians

Our Registered Dietitians are still available for nutrition counselling to help you find the meals that best meet your personal needs. Our FREE 30 minute consultations are now available by phone or video.

The Internet is a wealth of dietary information, but there is a lot to wade through to find what you need. That is just one reason we offer nutrition counselling on-demand, with the same Registered Dietitians who help us create our meals.

What to expect during the 30-min free nutrition consultation with our Registered Dietitians:

• Discuss your general health goals such as healthy eating and weight loss
• Nutrition education on your health goals
• Performance Kitchen® meal recommendations based on your dietary needs and food preferences (i.e. gluten-free diet, blood sugar management)
• Access to Performance Kitchen® nutrition handouts and resources (if applicable)

What is not included in this service:

• Contact your primary care doctor or specialists due to HIPPA
• Analyze labs and testing results due to HIPPA

• Provide comprehensive nutrient analysis for specific disease state

• Make meal recommendations/meal planning outside Performance Kitchen® meals (except simple snack and sides ideas)

To help with prevention and management of chronic health issues like Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease, we’ve become a registered vendor with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.

If you are a qualified Medicaid participant, you have access to a variety of health/nutrition programs based on the budget set by your Case Manager. We recommend that you contact your program manager to see if you qualify.

You may be eligible for reimbursement toward the following Nutrition Services:

• Nutrition counselling
• Weight management counselling
• Special diet/meal plan development

• Nutritious, prepared frozen meals, delivered to home.

After you purchase products or services, you can request reimbursement via ACES (Automated Client Eligibility System).
