IT Director
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the IT Director will help to create efficient, accurate, and scalable systems and processes that enable better decisions through excellent insights, governance, and compliance. You are a strong team player and an excellent communicator who knows how to get things done. You conduct yourself with the highest level of integrity and are a master at implementing solutions while setting up strong internal controls and systems. We are a private company that operates like a public company building a solid foundation. We have big growth plans, and as the IT Director, you have the energy, drive, and experience to help take us from start-up to a multi-channel global organization.

By Day, YOU will…
- Develop & maintain a strategic company roadmap outlining long & short term projects while working with the Finance department on budgeting & cost-benefit-analysis (CBA)
- Managing the company’s MSP and outsourced IT support, handling escalations, negotiating support contracts & service agreements
- Overseeing new & existing integrations between our systems including the ERP (NetSuite), 3PL’s, DC’s, Warehouses, POS, & Ecom platforms
- Manage various contractor & partner relationships for projects involving SOC 2 reports, internal tools (Web-based), and inventory systems
- Maintain, monitor, and update the organization’s HIPAA compliance security measures, SOC 2 controls, & IT policies as required
- Assure the deployment & updates of training programs to ensure that all employees are knowledgeable of and competent in HIPAA/PHI compliance and security best-practices (Security Awareness Training/SAT)
Required Skills
- 5+ years in an ERP environment with experience integrating into other systems
- Varied Project Management experience delivering new IT/Software solutions from Concept to Procurement, Implementation to Deployment, & Training to Support
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and hardware lifecycles
- Familiar with various integration methods such as EDI protocols via VAN/AS2, RESTful API’s, CSV flat files, Integration-as-a-Service (IaaS) platforms, & PowerApps
- Completing problem, scope, and root cause analysis for incident reports
- Proactively identifying issue trends and formulating and implementing holistic solutions

Desired Skills
- Comprehensive NetSuite OneWorld Administrator experience
- Previous Administrator or Power User experience with platforms such as Square POS, SPS Commerce, Shopify Plus, Office365 Admin Center, & Telus BusinessConnect/RingCentral.
- Background or deep understanding in Web Development an/or Ecommerce
- Experience in performing and/or participating in technical assessments of SOC 2 controls
- Extremely strong Excel/spreadsheet skills for handling big-data (rows of data in the millions)
Bonus & Soft Skills
- Understanding of HIPAA & PHI compliance and Data Security best practices
- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Data Exchange (DEX) experience in the grocer markets
- Experience with Azure App Services including Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Ability to review or code in .NET, C#, SQL, PHP, jQuery, CSS, HTML
- Previous experience in either Manufacturing, Food Delivery Networks, Supply Chain, Logistics, 3PL’s, Retail/POS, Health Insurance, or Healthy Foods industries.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and awareness of deadlines, operate effortlessly in a high paced, highly dynamic environment with changing priorities
